What is experiential leadership training?Learn More
Experiential Learning is the process of learning by doing. It engages more areas of the brain than traditional learning and leads to better comprehension and retention of the content. We design activities, experiences and simulations that solicit innate behaviors in participants to give them a moment of self-awareness and use those insights to drive learning.

Our Head Office is based in Chicago, but we offer programs globally. In-person and virtually. We typically run sessions at your location, or at a hotel of your choice.

How do I know if I need leadership training?Get in Touch
No one was born to be a leader. The way the brain works and the fact it is hard wired with 165 biases, means it is not designed to serve others. It will put itself first. Therefore, we all need effective leadership training in order to be an effective leader. DX can help you treat an existing problem, help you diagnose an organizational issue, or even just focus on continued development of well-functioning teams.

That depends on many variables. We have a bank of well-trained facilitators who work at DX, plus a large team of contractors, who we will match based on industry and target audience. We also have the capabilities to train you or your team to run our programs, and have a train the trainer process.

Yes. We have worked many different partners to collaborate to build the best possible learning for participants. No egos here at DX. We just want to wipe out bad leadership and will partner with anyone who shares that purpose and passion.

What is a typical group size?Get in Touch
It can be anything from 6-6,000. It will depend on why you're doing what you're doing, who for, and what needs to change. We will work with you to ensure change is achieved.

What type of simulations do you design and deliver?Learn More
All our experiences are soft skill development of some sort. To deliver soft skill training, you need to understand how your brain works against you. To “see” your bias in action you need a concrete experience that makes you aware of your blindspots. All our experiences are expertly built to show natural behaviors under stress. No black box learning with computers with us. Learning by doing at its finest with no algorithms that leaders can excuse for their own wrong doings.

They can be as short as a one hour keynote, or as long as a 9-month high-potential program, and anything in-between. We can build blended journeys and one-offs. We will work with you to ensure the learning hits in the mark with the constraints you have.

How do you reinforce the learning to ensure it's applied after the training?Learn More
We create learning journeys. Journeys can start with a combination of data collection through 360’s, engagement surveys, or assessments. Then a concrete experiential learning program, followed by technology reinforcement, check-in calls, and coaching. We have the ability to include all these assets.
