We're in this profession because we care about people, right? And we want others to care about people. 

We really know the power behind that.

I think like most organizations, there's a heavy focus on the customer, the patient, whoever it might be.

Oftentimes I take the opposite route and I focus more on the teammates or the employees of an organization, and when they're being treated well, they'll make sure your customer, your patients, are being treated well.

It was really important for me to be able to find a partner. A thought partner who shared the same passion for leadership and culture that I did. 

DX has really become part of our team on this culture journey. I would recommend DX because of how they're able to simplify culture. Culture is a very complex thing, and DX has helped to simplify it.
